This course targets high priority behavior challenges that often occur during and after critical incidents and teaches how to thrive while coping with continuous situational stress. Based on the Six Pillars of Character, this course motivates telecommunicators to own their positive approach, quality response & self-controlled reactions. Where you thought there would be no resistance post crisis, you are faced with managing incredible Supervisor upset; where you thought it would be hard, it gets easier if trained to encourage individual willingness and support adjustments.
